LOS ANGELES (AP) – Pink Floyd is asking fans to help create a dark side to the moon on their website. To mark the 40th anniversary of the release of “Dark Side of the Moon” on Sunday, Pink Floyd is asking fans to share their thoughts on Twitter with the hashtag #DarkSide40. The combined messages will be used to turn the moon dark on PinkFloyd.com. Storm Thorgerson, who designed the “Dark Side of the Moon” cover, is revealing new prism designs on the band’s website, with a new one each day until Sunday. The 14 designs will form a celebratory poster that will be available for download.

KATIE HOLMES TELLS ALL (EXCEPT THE THING EVERYBODY WANTS TO HEAR ABOUT) TO ALLURE MAGAZINE
NEW YORK (AP) – Katie Holmes doesn’t talk about her split from actor Tom Cruise but she does say she hopes this year is better than the last.
The actress tells Allure magazine she wants 2013 to be “a peaceful year for a lot of people.”
She goes on to cite some of 2012’s major headlines like Hurricane Sandy and the Newtown, Conn., school shooting, adding she hopes “it’s a good year for everyone.”
The 34-year-old, who has a 6-year-old daughter named Suri with Cruise, does say she’s “open” to the idea of expanding her family in the future.
Katie Holmes filed for divorce from Tom Cruise last June after five years of marriage.
Allure’s April issue goes on sale nationwide March 26.

Editor’s Note:
During our radio station renovation project, as the computers containing our audio were moved, disconnected, reconnected, thrown out, and shuffled like a deck of cards; the posting of Terri’s thoughts took a bit of a backseat! Here for your perusal and enjoyment are all four thoughts from the month of February…along with a promise that future thoughts will be posted on a slightly more consistent nature!

WEEKEND BRINGS HEALTH SCARES FOR LIL’ WAYNE AND TONE LOC

(AP) – He has had seizures in the past. But this time, there was a lot more concern about the health of Lil Wayne when he suffered a seizure this past Friday. For a time, there were reports going around that the multiplatinum rapper was fighting for his life. But it appears he is doing better. His representatives say he is “recovering” – and a post from his Twitter account quotes the rapper as saying he’s “good.” Lil Wayne is 30 – and has had a history of seizures in recent years that have led to his being hospitalized. He has a new album – his 10th – due out a week from tomorrow.
Also this weekend– a health scare for a rapper who had a couple of big party hits during the late 1980s. Tone Loc passed out during a show in Des Moines, Iowa. It happened as he was performing on a bridge. Paramedics came to help him – but he refused to go to the hospital. Three people who worked for the Des Moines Register newspaper who were at the show says several minutes after Loc went down, fans were asked to leave. It’s unclear why the rapper collapsed – and a rep for the rapper didn’t respond to messages for information yesterday. Loc has collapsed on stage before. He’s best known for his hits “Wild Thing” and “Funky Cold Medina.”
