According to Alliance Police Lt. Jake Henion, “On April 27, 2018, the Alliance Police Department and Alliance Fire Department responded to the Alliance High School parking lot for a report of an injured juvenile female.  Witnesses of the incident reported the female had been riding the exterior running board of a moving vehicle and fell off. The female was transported to Box Butte General Hospital.”
