Funeral services for Mitzi Lecher of Chadron, Nebraska will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church with Father Tim Stoner officiating.  Burial will take place at Calvary Cemetery.  A wake service will be held on Monday, March 6, 2013 at 7:30 PM at St. Patrick’s.

Ms. Lecher passed away on February 27, 2013 at her home in Chadron.

Mitzi was born on June 8, 1932 in Chadron, Nebraska to Barney and Mary Lecher.  She was 80 years old.  Mitzi worked for Sidels Chambers auto parts before starting work for  Keith Spencer CPA.  She was Keith’s best employee until she started as a clerk for the C&NW Railroad for many years.  She enjoyed reading and watching the birds and squirrels in her yard.  She is preceded in death by her parents and an infant brother.
