LOS ANGELES (AP) – Authorities in Los Angeles County are on Justin Bieber’s case – over his driving. Sheriff’s detectives have launched a reckless driving probe against Bieber after witnesses complained he sped through a residential area last night. Witnesses – including former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson – claim The Beeb was driving at freeway speeds in a 25 mile-per-hour zone. Johnson says he and his 3-year-old daughter were getting ready to hop in their Prius when Bieber zoomed by. Johnson got upset and drove to the singer’s home to confront him. But authorities say Bieber ran inside without speaking. When sheriff’s deputies went to The Beeb’s home, his security detail said he refused to speak, “based on advice of counsel.”

Prosecutors are also looking at whether to charge Bieber for battery in a separate incident involving a neighbor. The neighbor complains the pop star attacked and threatened him.
