Lingering snow from recent storms in Kearney and a lack of snow in Chadron have led Chadron State College and the University of Nebraska-Kearney to flip-flop the dates on their upcoming home-and-home softball doubleheaders.

The Eagles were scheduled to go to Kearney on March 6th and the Lopers to come to Chadron on April 16, but now CSC will serve as the host for the March doubleheader and travel to Kearney for the April games. The Chadron games will begin at noon.

The Eagles (3-6, 2-2 RMAC) have their home opener this weekend as they host the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs in a four-game series with doubleheaders on Saturday and Sunday.

Double Q Country will have webcasts of all 4 games, with the first pitch Saturday at noon and the first pitch Sunday at 11:00 am.
