The armour coat project on Otoe Road east of Alliance that was originally thought to be completed the  week of July 8, 2019 has been delayed to the first week in August.  According to Box Butte County Road Superintendent Barbara Keegan,  this timeline it tentative as the contractor has other commitments prior to arriving in Box Butte County. Further updates will be provided as they are received by the Box Butte County Road Department.
