LONDON (AP) – Michelle Williams assures fans of “The Wizard of Oz” that her new movie isn’t trying to recreate the classic. “Oz The Great and Powerful” is a prequel. She says the movie only “honors and gives a tip of its hat to the original.” Zach Braff agrees. He says they’re not touching “the sacred text.” He says people love this world so much, “it would be sad to say ‘OK we’re done with that world.”‘ He thinks people will be interested to see what Oz was like 30 years before Dorothy got there, when the witches were young and beautiful. Oz The Great and Powerful opens today.

LONDON (AP) – The show went on – but not without a bit of health drama for Justin Bieber. The singer spent some time in the hospital last night in London after fainting backstage during a show at the O2 Arena. A spokeswoman says the singer had to be given oxygen and had took a 20-minute break as his show wound down. A concertgoer says Bieber complained he couldn’t breathe and needed water. He kept going, but eventually had to be helped offstage by a dancer. Videos of the show posted online show Bieber’s manager telling the audience Bieber was “very low of breath” – but would finish. Some fans gasped, others cried – and others kept cheering for him to come back. Bieber is to do four shows at the O2, including one tonight. As of now, that show is still on the schedule.

SEOUL, South Korea (AP) – South Korean rapper PSY says he’ll unveil his much-awaited follow-up to “Gangnam Style” next month and celebrate it with a huge concert in Seoul.

PSY made the announcement Friday on YouTube, where his “Gangnam Style” video has a record 1.39 billion views.

PSY said he’ll release the new single on April 13 and hold a concert at a soccer stadium that evening. He’s dubbed the concert “Happening” and says it will be broadcast live on YouTube.

The rapper, whose real name is Park Jae-sang, has been on a worldwide tour since his viral video made a global splash in July, with its catchy tune and much-imitated horse-riding dance. He recently released a “Gangnam Style” remix and performed at the inauguration ceremony for South Korea’s new president.

LOS ANGELES (AP) – You want to know how they got the shot of Tommy Lee Jones frowning during a sketch with Will Ferrell and Kristin Wiig at the Golden Globes? Jones says they had a camera focused on him for 45 minutes “until they got the shot they were looking for.” Once they did, he says, viewers started posting “their little joke, tweet,” comparing him to the famous Internet feline, Grumpy Cat. He says he doesn’t care.

LOS ANGELES (AP) – Seth MacFarlane is up for Best Shirtless Performance in the MTV Movie Awards. Not because of pecs, but his fur. He’s nominated as the teddy bear in the movie “Ted,” which MacFarlane also directed. The other shirtless guys in the category are Christian Bale, Daniel Craig, Taylor Lautner, and Channing Tatum. “Django Unchained” and “Ted” each have seven nominations, including Movie of the Year. The other films competing for the top MTV award are “Silver Linings Playbook,” “The Avengers” and “The Dark Knight Rises.” The awards will be handed out April 14.
