One of Alliance’s oldest businesses continues to offer the same fine lines as 58 years ago, drawing customers from the surrounding area of fine jewelry, watches, clocks and other gifts. Williams Jewelers is a family owned business, owned and operated by second generation, Brad and Sue Williams.

Bob and Janet Williams opened their first jewelry store in March, 1957 in Crawford, Nebraska. After eight years they moved the business to Alliance, opening the doors on July 7, 1965, at the present location, 317 Box Butte Avenue. The store was completely remodeled in July 2012.

Brad joined the business in October 1976 and purchased the store in July 2000. Brad and Sue, along with their employees proudly continue to serve local and area customers. Janet is now enjoying retirement.

Williams Jewelers is a full service store. It offers the finest diamonds, engagement and wedding rings, 14K jewelry, sterling silver jewelry, watches, clocks, crystal and giftware. Williams offers laser welding, which repairs virtually and previously unrepairable metal; and computerized engraving on most surfaces – glass, wine bottles, photo albums, jewelry and plaques.

Williams Jewelers will celebrate 50 years in Alliance this July. We are very proud to have been a part of this community in the past and look forward to serving our friends, near and far, for some time to come. Thank you to everyone who has had a hand in making our business a success.
