NEW YORK (AP) – Elizabeth Taylor edges out Michael Jackson as the top-earning dead celebrity of the past year, according to Forbes magazine. Taylor’s total earnings in the past year was $210 million. Most of that came from a series of auctions of her art collection and personal items that earned $184 million. Jackson ranks second with $90 million. Elvis Presley is third with $55 million, followed by Peanuts creator Charles Schulz with $37 million and Bob Marley in fifth, with $17 million.
