The upward momentum of Chadron State’s volleyball program is being proven again.
The team has added four new players during the late NCAA National Letter of Intent signing day period and Coach Chris Wells says they’re choosing to come to CSC over Division I programs, including future Eagle libero Sierra Winkle.
Alyse Armstrong joins the Eagles from Washington where Coach Wells says she learned under a coach with Division I experience.
Any coach will tell you that several selling points go into convincing a player that their college is the right one to continue playing sports and for a quality higher education. Coach Wells says his program is one that believes so much in its potential it pretty much recruits itself now.
