LAS VEGAS (AP) — Two trained horses, a live band — and Shania Twain wearing sparkling body suits. If you think that sounds like something you’d see in Las Vegas, you’re right. Twain is headlining a series of shows this fall at Caesars Palace.
And she is also doing a dozen shows starting next week. Twain says after nearly a decade away from the business amid personal issues, Twain says she “couldn’t be any happier” with the situation. Since releasing the smash 1997 album “Come on Over,” Twain has endured a public breakup and has since remarried.
She says playing Vegas “is a dream performance scenario” that lets her be on stage — and have time to be a good parent.
