Panhandle Polar Plunge This Saturday In Scottsbluff

According to Scottsbluff Co. Sheriff Mark Overman, “This is a reminder that the Panhandle Polar Plunge originally set for last Saturday was rescheduled for this Saturday, March 4 2017.  Registration location is the parking lot for the Monument Valley Pathway at Riverside Park, Scottsbluff NE.”

 

“Immediately following the Plunge, Special Olympics families will host a lunch and awards ceremony at the Trails West YMCA camp, a short distance west of the Plunge site.”

“Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., and the Plunge begins at 11. Pre-registration is available but not required on the First Giving website: https://www.firstgiving.com/sone Registration forms are available at the Scotts Bluff County site, and will also be available at the registration site on Saturday morning. Proceeds from the Polar Plunge benefit Special Olympics Nebraska and local Special Olympics teams.”
