COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Chadron State College’s Cody Hunt and Alyssa Norton were each named the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Field Athletes of the Week following their strong showing at the Yellow Jacket Invitational last week in Spearfish, S.D.

Hunt, a senior from Lingle, Wyo., won the shot put with a provisional mark of 57-feet, 9-inches and he added a fourth-place finish in the discus (148-09) at Black Hills State.

Norton, a junior from Rushville, won the women’s discus with a throw of 152-1. She also finished second in the shot put with a mark of 42- ¾.
