The Dawes County Fair 4-H Fashion Show is tonight, the first official event of this year’s fair, with the theme “Fire Up The Stage.

UNL extension educator Jamie Goffena says the show starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Fairgrounds 4-H building in Chadron and will last no more than an hour.

The clothing, sewing, knitting, crochet and shopping entry items being featured were judged earlier today. The models for the Fashion Show are the Clover Kids, who are 5-8, and 4-H members ages 8-18.

Top finishers may qualify for next month’s Nebraska State Fair.
