HUNTER HAYES PREPARES TO SET WORLD RECORD
NASHVILLE (AP) — Hunter Hayes is psyching himself up for a world record attempt this Friday. Hayes will attempt to perform concerts in 10 cities in 24 hours, a record currently held by Flaming Lips with eight. Hayes says technically it’s 28 hours for him because he has to do a soundcheck for the first concert. His main concern is his voice holding out. Hayes says that’s the only instrument for which he doesn’t have a spare. Hayes is using the world record attempt as a fundraiser for the nonprofit group Child Hunger Ends Here. “Good Morning America” will carry one of his concerts on Friday’s show.
