More than 400 people are expected Saturday night in Chadron for the 37th annual Chadron Chamber of Commerce Ag Appreciation Banquet at the Assumption Arena.

Free to all area farmers, ranchers, and agri-businesses and their families, the free meal, entertainment, and door prizes are a way for the Chadron business community to say “thank you” to area ag producer for their patronage, and to remind local residents of the importance of production agriculture to the local economy.

Organizers say that the support from local business remains strong…as they sponsor tables and provide door prizes for drawings.

Chamber executive director Colette Fernandez says about 800 invitations went out…intended to reach every ag producer in the area…but that if someone was
missed, they should just call the Chamber office.
