On May 14th, 2018 Frankie Boerschig was charged with child abuse negligent/no injury, a Class 1 Misdemeanor, and disturbing the peace, a Class 3 Misdemeanor. Panhandle Post reported that “Patrick Harman was accused of this crime.” Box Butte County Courthouse reported a misspelling of Patrick’s last name, which is legally “Hartman”. Patrick Hartman is an active witness in this case, and was listed below Boerschig’s name on court documents. Our Panhandle Police Activity has been updated to reflect the defendant’s name and charges.
