Funeral services are will be held Wednesday for a rural Box Butte girl who died Saturday in an accident on her parent’s ranch west of Alliance. 

Box Butte County Sheriff Tammy Mowry says four–year–old Josey Magnuson was critically injured when the four wheeler she was riding on with another child flipped over and landed on top of her.

Maguson died at Box Butte General Hospital from the injuries suffered in the accident.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 17,  at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Alliance.

Burial will be in the Alliance Cemetery.

Memorials may be given to St. John’s United Lutheran Church Pre-School at 2090 Emerson Avenue in Alliance, NE 69301

Survivors include her parents, Blaine and Kaitlyn Magnuson.
