According to Box Butte County Clerk Judy Messersmith, “the Box Butte County Canvassing Board completed the Hemingford School District #10 Ward C recount yesterday, December 1st at 3:30 p.m. Brett Cullan was declared the winner with 453 votes over Blanche Randolph with 448 votes.  These numbers included those voters that are allowed to vote for School District 10 in Sheridan and Dawes County.”
