Alliance, NE – The U.S. Department of Transportation has authorized the selection of Boutique Air (4B, San Francisco, CA) to provide Essential Air Service to both Alliance and Chadron, NE for a two year period from June 1, 2015 through May 31, 2017. Incumbent operator Great Lakes Airlines (ZK, Cheyenne, WY) has been instructed by the Department to continue service to both communities for 30 days beyond its 90 day termination notice, through July 16, 2015 or until Boutique commences full Essential Air Service, whichever comes first.
Boutique Air is an FAA certified air carrier using the Swissmade Pilatus PC12 aircraft. Based in San Francisco, California, Boutique Air is focused on outstanding customer service with high reliability and accident free operational history since 2007. “We are excited to welcome Boutique Air to Alliance and Chadron and reinstate reliable service to and from Denver, CO,” said Airport Manager Lynn Placek.
