Dear Parents and Students,
School will dismiss for summer vacation on Friday at noon. Report cards will be mailed home the following Friday. Families with outstanding lunch bills will not receive their report cards until the bill is paid.
All “Pushin Pennies” from each class should be turned in to Mrs. Kollars by Thursday. The class with the most pennies gets free movie tickets to the Alliance Theatre.
The final meeting of SAY will be a practice for the end of the year Mass. On Wednesday, May 15th, SAY members will meet in Mrs. Gould’s room after school, walk to the church and practice for the Mass. We will be done at 4 PM. Parents are advised to pick up their child at the church. Mrs. Gould, Miss Deaver and (on behalf of) Ms. Schmeits would like to thank all of the members of SAY, especially the officers: President Josie Otto, Treasurer Ashlee Wallesen and Secretary Bailey Johnson. Start practicing your speeches over the summer because new SAY elections will be held in the fall!
The Students for Recycling contest is going well. Keep up the good work! The contest continues until May 31st. So drop off your recyclables at the KAB Recycling Center in the alley across from the Western Heritage Credit Union and tell them they are for St. Agnes.
Thank you to Miss Allyson Deaver, Mrs. Kelci Wood, Mrs. Sandy Dietrich and Mrs. Bridget Johnston for your service to St. Agnes. Good luck to you in the future.
The Academy would like to take this opportunity to salute the St. Agnes Class of 2009 who are graduating from high school this month.
