An Alliance man will be sentenced on August 14 after pleading guilty to a felony burglary charge.

On March 3, 23-year-old Paul Riso broke into the Western Sugar Cooperative office in Alliance and stole a laptop computer.

In exchange for his guilty plea, the state dropped charges of theft and criminal mischief.

Riso remains in custody in the Box Butte County Jail.
