An Alliance man was transported to Box Butte General Hospital following a motorcycle accident Sunday morning.

The Nebraska State Patrol reports 20-year-old Trey Brown was traveling northbound on U.S. Highway 385 two miles south of Alliance at a high rate of speed when he lost control on a curve and entered the east ditch and crashed.

Brown was wearing his helmet.  

As of late Monday afternoon, Brown was listed in fair condition.

The accident was reported at 3:23 Sunday morning.
