Ribbon-cutting ceremonies will be held at 5 pm Thursday in Alliance for Box Butte Central…the building that houses the Alliance Chamber of Commerce, Box Butte Development Corporation, Alliance Historic Main Street, and Alliance Visitors Bureau.

The ceremonies will highlight an open house running from 4-to-7 that will include refreshments.

The building at 305 Box Butte … once the home of Elaine’s Art Gallery … was remodeled two years ago and has housed all three organizations for the last year-and-a-half, but the Box Butte Central name is new.  It was selected to symbolize the unity they share in promoting Alliance and Box Butte County.
