Buster W. Moore passed away on July 2, 2017 at his home in Whitney, Nebraska.  Services will be held at a later time with inurnment at Black Hills National Cemetery in Sturgis, South Dakota.

Buster Waldo Moore, 87, was born September 9, 1929 in Wayside, Nebraska to James and Mercy (Chappell) Moore.

He married Leola Fleishman on June 9, 1952.  He is survived by his children Jim (Krista) Moore, Tari (Bruce) McClung, Kelly Moore (Lisa Lapierre-Cote), 12 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren and several Nieces, nephews, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his wife; parents; brothers, Chappell Moore, James Moore, Truman Moore; sisters, Wilna Sides, Mercedes Henion; granddaughter Heidi McClung and nephew Alan Henion.

A memorial has been established for the Chadron American Legion.  Donations may be sent to Chamberlain Chapel, PO Box 970, Chadron, NE  69337
