KCOW, Double Q Country, B94.7 and Panhandle Post have been honoring great panhandle teachers since the start of the school year–and our latest honoree is Alliance High School P.E. teacher Carlos Palomo!

Here is a quote from one of the nomination letters we received:

Coach Palomo is one of the best teachers you could possibly have! He has a lot of pride in what he does and is very understanding. He loves competition and he tries to motivate each and everyone of his students and he will always tell you that even though you want to give up you should just keep doing whatever you want to give up on because there are many good things in your future and you will succeed in life even when things get rough! He’s great and I would pick him to be the best teacher any day!
