High school basketball season will tip-off Thursday with the Western Conference Tournament at local sites across the Panhandle.  For the Chadron Cardinals it means a trip to Alliance is up first where Head Coach Jonn McLain will lead the Lady Cards in their first game since last March’s State Tournament.
