21st Century Equipment has made a generous donation to the 4-H Councils in Sioux, Dawes, and Sheridan Counties to support local 4-H youth programs. Owen Palm, 21st Century Equipment CEO, said; “21st Century Equipment has a tremendous opportunity to support our local youth in livestock programs. After all, these young people are the future of our agriculture industry. We are proud to help out the kids who work so hard all year around.” Nebraska Extension Educators, Jenny Nixon and Meredith Bremer, were on hand to receive the donation and offered this thanks, “We see so much potential in the youth we work with to become true leaders in our ag industry. Many thanks to 21st Century for their support of our youth development programs. We are proud to have their help in developing the potential of the Nebraska 4-H youth in the north panhandle.” Nebraska 4-H youth development programs empower youth to reach their full potential by learning leadership, citizenship, and life skills. 4-H in Nebraska intentionally targets educational programs toward 4-H Science, Agricultural Literacy, Career Development and College Readiness, Community Engagement, and Healthy Living. If you are interested in being part of the Nebraska 4-H program, contact the local 4-H program manager at your County Extension Office.
