Twin Cities Scottsbluff Zephyrs 12, Wheatland 1
Twin Cities used a seven-run fourth inning to explode for a 12-1 win over Wheatland on Sunday.  Robbie Cantril led the Z’s with 3 RBIs and a pair of doubles on a 2-for-3 day, Evan Hughes and Traceton Halley both had three hits, and Hughes threw five innings on the mound for the win.

The Twin Cities Express sit at 23 wins now after sweeping Fort Morgan on Sunday.  The final in the opener was 12-2 behind a five-inning complete game from AJ Castillo-Powell.  Game two was much more competitive with the Express scoring twice in the seventh for the lead and win.

Gering Juniors 16, Bridgeport 3
A 10-run third inning propelled Gering to a 16-3 win over Bridgeport on Sunday.  Austin Abbott hurled a five inning complete game, allowing just five hits and three runs for the win.  Mike Gutherless and Abbott had two-hit days and drove in 3 RBIs to pace Gering.

Bridgeport 11, Gering Juniors 3
Bridgeport used a big inning of its own to split a doubleheader with Gering Sunday. Seven runs in the second frame broke open a one run game seeing Bridgeport scored on three RBI base hits.  Marce Vasquez threw four innings of four-hit ball for the win and gave way to Mason Zorn who threw a hitless fifth to close out the win.
