Chadron State College cowboy Wyatt Clark has ridden both of his first two bareback broncs at the College National Finals Rodeo in Casper. Clark scored 69 points Sunday on his first horse to tie for 24th among the 39 bareback riders after the first go-round. He rode again Monday and is ninth in the second go-round with 65.5 points after 20 of the contestants have competed. The remainder of the second go-round will be completed today (Tuesday) during slack. Clark, a native of Wellfleet, Neb., will help get the third go-round underway Wednesday night during the rodeo’s first official performance. The 12 contestants with the most points following the three go-rounds will ride in the championship go-round on Saturday night.
