A 38-year-old Chadron man has been given 20 years in prison for incest.

Chadron radio station KCSR reports that Richard Antibas had pleaded guilty to the charge and will be eligible for parole in 10 years.

Court records say prosecutors dropped a charge of forcible sexual assault in exchange for the man’s plea. The incident occurred in May.

Antibas was sentenced Monday by District Judge Travis O’Gorman.
