12th Judicial District County Court Judge Russ Harford and District Court Judge Derek Weimer have been retained.

Western Nebraska voters overwhelmingly approved retaining the two men on their respective benches.

24,148 people voted to retain Harford, while only 6,224 voted against.

Harford serves as the county court judge in Dawes, Box Butte, Sioux, and Sheridan Counties.

Weimer, who serves from the bench in the southern panhandle based in Sidney, received affirmation from 24,731 voters, while only 6,283 voted against retention.
