NEW YORK (AP) – It seems everyone else who runs more than a couple of music videos during the day has its own awards show – and YouTube is joining the crowd. The online clip-sharing site is launching its own music awards this fall. The first ever YouTube Music Awards will air November 3 in New York. Lady Gaga, Eminem and Arcade Fire are among the performers. The show will, naturally, be streamed online. Nominees for the first YouTube Awards will be announced October 17.
