LOS ANGELES (AP) – “Lee Daniels’ The Butler” is serving up success at the box office. The movie starring Forest Whitaker and Oprah Winfrey finished number one with $25 million this past weekend. While that one new film made a big splash, three others were duds by comparison. “Kick-Ass 2” opened in fourth with $13.5 million while “Jobs,” opened in seventh with $6.7 million. And Relativity’s “Paranoia” didn’t even crack the top 12. That opened the door for last week’s top movies – “We’re the Millers” and “Elysium” – to claim the second and third spots in the box-office race.
