NEW YORK (AP) – Rob Lowe and Rashida Jones are leaving NBC’s “Parks and Recreation.” Their last episode will be the 13th of the upcoming season. On “Parks and Rec,” Lowe and Jones’ characters dated on-and-off and have decided to try to have a baby together. An emailed statement from the show’s Executive Producer Mike Schur says “it felt like the natural time to move them into the next phase.” The show is going into its sixth season. Jones started with the first episode. Lowe joined in season two. The news was first reported by Buzzfeed.
