BNSF Railway donates $10,000 to the United Way of Box Butte County!

The check presentation was made during the railroad’s Heritage Days Employee/Community Celebration Saturday afternoon, where an estimated 14,000 pounds of food was being served free of charge in celebration of the BNSF Railway and Alliance 125th birthday. Nettleton stated “one of our building blocks is supporting community. We are strong supporters because we want our communities to thrive. The health of our business depends on how well be partner in several ventures.”

The $10,000 will be used to support 18 different United Way agencies.
