LOS ANGELES (AP) – Fox has set the return date for “The X Factor.” The season premiere will be September 11. The second episode airs the next night. Simon Cowell and Demi Lovato will be back as judges. They’ll be joined by Kelly Rowland and Paulina Rubio.
