At the Nebraska State FFA Convention in Lincoln April 4-6, Alliance High FFA President Ashtyn Shrewsbury (pictured), was elected to serve as a Nebraska State FFA Vice-President for the next year. 

Also during the State FFA Convention in Lincoln, Shrewsbury was presented a second place Proficiency Award in Health & Human Service;

The Ag Demonstration team made up of Krista Carter, Chase Dye, Roy Kesterson and Ashtyn Shrewsbury received a gold; 

Krista Carter finished first in Senior Livestock Judging;

The Livestock Judging team consisting of Whitney Hall, Ashtyn Shrewsbury, Roy Kesterson, Krista Carter, and Chase Dye placed second in sheep judging;

Amanda Lower received a bronze for her Natural Resources speech;

Roy Kesterson finished 10th in the vet science contest;

State FFA Degrees were awarded to Ashtyn Shrewsbury, Krista Carter, and Chase Dye.
