LOS ANGELES (AP) – Billboard magazine wants to give an award to an artist who has achieved a significant milestone in the past year. They want your help deciding which of six finalists get it. Justin Bieber is nominated for being the first artist to have five number-one songs on the Billboard 200 before the age of 19. Bruno Mars is under consideration for scoring four number-one hits faster than any male artist. Taylor Swift is the only woman to have two albums sell a million copies in a week. Miguel is nominated because his song “Adorn” spent 22 weeks on top of the R-and-B airplay chart. The Band Perry’s milestone is earning three number-one songs on the Hot Country Songs chart.
