Bridgeport-based 21st Century Equipment has completed the $100,000 purchase of the former Aurora Loan Services building from the city of Scottsbluff to become its new corporate and administrative offices.
21st Century President and CEO Owen Palm says renovation work is well underway, looking to a move-in date of late June or early July.
Palm says they have demolished the interior of the building…which has served over the past couple years as the temporary home of Bluffs Middle School and Gering’s Lincoln Elementary during major projects at both schools.
Anderson-Shaw Construction will begin work on the offices as soon as architects complete the floor plan. Palm says 21st Century will use only about 2/3 of the main floor and will leave the rest vacant for the foreseeable future.
