IF AT FIRST YOU DON’T SUCCEED, MODIFY!

Many of us make fitness resolutions at the start of the new year, but without a plan, it is easy to get side tracked and fall back into old routines.

How are you doing with your fitness goals? Are you still going strong… or have you already given up?

Earlier this week, we posted inspiring testimonials from Bill and Nicole and today we want to share Jeannette’s success story to help you stay motivated.

Jeannette T. is 76 years old. When she realized that she was categorically obese, had constant lower back pain and was unable to sit for more than 5 minutes at a time, she knew that she needed some help.

Jeannette got a recommendation from her daughter, Jennifer, who suggested that she try out Tai Cheng. Jeannette had begun to assume that her aches and pains were all a part of “getting old” and that she was stuck with the discomfort. Not so!

Even though it was hard at first, she said that she trusted the process. She showed up every day, pushed play, and modified where she had to! In the end, Jeannette lost 12 lbs, but more importantly gained a new sense of self, youth and vitality!
